Compared with the earlier version the Endeavour ED I its clear to see the main differences when doing a side by side comparison, crisper views, brighter views, less fall off of sharpness at the edge of the field of view, reduced chromatic abberation, apart from that its the same binocular regarding the body and accessories, minor change to the rubber armour is the only difference. Needless to say the price goes up compared to the earlier version, is it worth the difference?, for me yes though most users would be very happy with the lower cost version.
