Welcome to the Pickering location of Urban Nature Store! We would love to have you visit our store for all of your birding needs. We are located at 609 Kingston road which is on the south west corner of Whites Road and Kingston Road.

We offer a variety of feeders and seeds for all song birds. Our bird seed comes in small and large quantities; up to 50lbs. Our seed is bagged in-store to ensure high quality and freshness.

We can also recommend local destinations in Durham Region for you to experience birds in their natural environment. So come in and ask us for a 1-2lb bag for your outdoor birding experience. If you're a serious birder, we also carry a large selection of binoculars, spotting scopes, and accessories.Looking for Squirrel-proof feeders? This is the place to come. We offer a wide variety of squirrel-proof feeders including the always entertaining Droll Yankees Flipper. We also offer caged feeders which allow your small finches and chickadees a peaceful eating space.

Urban Nature Store has unique gifts for nature lovers of all ages. You can also choose to purchase a gift card for friends and family. So whether you are new to feeding the birds, or an experienced birder, we're always here to assist you with your birding needs.

Curbside Pick-up Order

To place a curbside pick-up order, call your local store directly or place it online and select store pick up.

To place your order online, select your items (fill your cart), proceed to checkout ,enter your billing information and then select store pick-up for your shipping location (you will be able to select your individual store location).

We are working hard to fill each order as fast as possible, and most orders are filled within 3 hours.  

We will phone or email you as soon as the order is ready for pick-up.
