Canada Post Strike Update (7 Nov-18)
Due to ongoing postal interruptions, we will endeavour to ship your packages via CanPar Courier Service. For orders under $100 we not be requiring a signature, so that CanPar will leave your package. For orders over $100 CanPar will still require a signature. When checking out pick the Canada Post service level that you require (Expedited, Xpresspost, Priority) and we will ship with the equivalent CanPar Service. Should you have special instructions for shipping or leaving your package, please make a note in the comments section at the bottom of Section 5 - Order Confirmation when checking out. Courier services will not ship to a Post Office Box, so please enter your physical address for shipping.
Free Shipping Offer
Orders over $99 qualify for free shipping. This applies only to orders shipping to Canadian addresses where Canada Post Expedited Service can deliver. Most orders will ship by Canada Post Expedited Parcel service, though we reserve the right to select a suitable alternative if appropriate such as Canpar and Purolator. In very rare cases when the shipping address is remote or when the weight of an order makes shipping unreasonable, we may not be able to offer free shipping. If this applies, we will contact you.
We always offer free shipping to any of our retail stores for most items with no minimum purchase required. Your order may take up to one week longer to ship from our warehouse when you select the "Pick Up In Store" option. We will contact you when your order arrives at the store and is ready for pick up. Identification is required when picking up your order.
Shipping Rates & Methods
All products are shipped from Toronto, Ontario by Canada Post. Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days, though during our busy seasons we may require some extra time. You will never pay customs or duties within Canada.
To determine your shipping charge, add items to your cart and then click the "estimate shipping" link. You will then be asked to enter your postal code. Shipping rates are based on the weight of the products.
Items may be returned within 60 days for a refund. Products must be in original condition, with all original packaging. If the product or packaging is damaged or missing, a restocking fee may apply or the return may not be accepted. Shipping fees and perishables are non-refundable. If the original order qualified for free shipping and the product is returned, the actual cost of the original outbound shipping may be deducted from any refund. If a return shipping fee is payable on orders that are unclaimed or refused at point of delivery, we reserve the right to deduct this amount from the total to be refunded.
