Follow the steps and wait for us to call when your order is ready
1. Browse www.UrbanNatureStore.ca and fill your online cart with seeds, feeders and other items, and click proceed to checkout. (our entire selection is available)
2. Register an account or sign in into an existing account.
3. Billing & Account Details: Enter your billing details then make sure to check the box “I would like to pickup from store” so you can skip shipping details step as you will be picking up the order at curbside or from store then click "Bill to this address and Store Pick Up".
4. Under shipping method select “pick up in store” and choose the store location from the drop-down menu.
5. At order confirmation choose the method of payment and click “proceed to payment”
6. Enter the payment details and click “pay for order” to complete your order.
7. The order will be automatically transmitted to the local Urban Nature Store you select.
8. Our local Staff will notify you as soon as your order is ready for pick up.
9. When you arrive, you can come inside the store to pick up the order or for touchless curbside pickup: please remain in your car. Phone the store and we will bring the order to your car.
