Refund policy

45-Day Returns

Items may be returned within 45 days for a refund. Products must be in original condition, with all original packaging. If the product or packaging is damaged or missing, a restocking fee may apply or the return may not be accepted. Shipping fees and perishables are non-refundable. If the original order qualified for free shipping and the product is returned, the actual cost of the original outbound shipping may be deducted from any refund. If a return shipping fee is payable on orders that are unclaimed or refused at point of delivery, we reserve the right to deduct this amount from the total to be refunded.
